Dakota Music Store Lillian Ngoyi street Johannesburg poor service

The service at this company is terrible, all they care about is money and their interests. I bought a pair of studio monitors and they were not compatible with my audio interface, I subsequently returned the monitors the next day, and I was given a run around for my refund as the manger of the shop at Lilian Ngoyi street JHB CBD then said he cannot give me my refund as the product needs to return to the manufacturer before he can give me my refund. It was at that point that I realized he was taking me for a ride. I was then persistent in not leaving without my refund, the manager then insisted I catch a taxi with the big box of monitors to the manufactures, I refused as i felt it was inconsistent and *********** of them, the manager then gave me money for UBER, I then proceeded to the so called manufactures and to my surprise it was some dodge Dakota Music Store Warehouse in Crownmines,when i got there the gentlemen there also gave me a run for it. I only got my deposit a horrible 3 hours later, a transaction that should have took 5 min too 3-4 hours because Dakota Music Store have no moral business ethics , all they want is money. DO NOT BUY ANY STUDIO EQUIPMENT AT THIS STORE GOOD PEOPLE THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
