Dakota Lee Tattoo Parlor Kramerville - Big NO NO, very sketchy!

I referred my friend to Dakota tattoos as their work seems very impressive on social media, she paid a deposit and the artists provided a design that was not up to standard at all, they refused to give her another artist, instead, this new apprentice tried 2 more designs which were also terrible, this happened the beginning on Oct 2019, she requested a refund on the 24th Oct, nothing happened, she followed up again on the 20 Nov 2019, the accounts lady confirmed that it had been handed or to their finance department, but stil nothing has been received and they gave her incorrect contact details for management, she hasn't received any feedback and they've kept her deposit, they don't have interactive social media pages where you can message or post something on their wall, and clearly there is a reason for that! Seems like a brand but the staff truly doesn't care about clients and customer service
