Poor poor workmanship

Innitial painting renovations ended up three times the quoted costs, purely because untrained workers were left to do the job without supervision. The owner then begged me to paint the outside of the house and following the previous poor service ensured me that this projects will be completed professionally. Once again this was absolute poor workmanship. The trimmings were left undone, outside ceilings unpainted, and paint splashes all over the paving. This was brought to their attention and I agreed to settled the balance of the account on their promises to commit on completing the work. It is now 3 weeks later and they ignore all calls and messages. Poor poor workmanship.
