Daklek Waterproofing is not keeping their 5 year guarantee promise on the work done

The service at Daklek is very poor!!! they gave us a 5 year guarantee on the waterproofing work for our roof, hardly 12 months, we informed them that we were experiencing leaks on the one section of the roof and requested that they should come and have a look. We requested them several times via email starting in January 2018, to date, they have not bothered to respond to any of our emails. The damage is now spreading, especially this time as it is a rainy season. The lady (Nadia) is very rude and has no communication s****s whatsoever! The damages have now went to the ceiling...
