Frustrating and poor service - would not recommend!

We had such a good first meeting with Tanja, but were ultimately very disappointed in her service and quality of work. I ordered 6 brides****s dresses from her, with 4 **** tubes. She was very unresponsive on email and ignored my WhatsApps and calls. She promised to deliver the dresses, but then didn't. My mom ended up collecting them, but then the **** tubes weren't included in the pack. We then spent weeks trying to get the **** tubes from her (they had been paid for already). She stopped taking my calls. Eventually my brides****s took over and called continuously until we eventually got them (a few days before the wedding). The **** tubes were very poorly made and didn't fit the girls properly. The overall quality of the dresses was okay - but not great (inconsistent wrap length, half of the dresses were way too long, the wrap ties weren't even cut straight). Would not recommend.
