Very bad service

<p>Our catering company ordered some Dairy**** ice creams for a function at Sasol from Black ****** last week. They agreed to deliver it yesterday. They never made the delivery. We phoned them this morning and they said sorry but that particular flavour is out of stock. When we asked them why did they not notify us and we coud have chosen something they had in stock they just apologised. I asked if they could help us with a delivery today with whatever they have in stock and the answer was " sorry we only coming your way again on Monday. I phoned customer services at Dairy**** and Ruby tried her best to help us but to no avail . So we are still ice creamless for the function tomorrow. I will never use your brand again Dairy****. If it was one of my customers I would have delivered it myself personally to make up for my staff and distributors mistake. You never know when you need customers like me again. Never get too big to care about your smaller customers, you never know....</p>
