Very poor customer service

i purchased a 5litre of country fresh. i found alot of ice crystals present. I complained to dairy****. From the 6/12/2017 up until now i am still waiting for a replacement voucher. I have sent through the batch details 3 times already still no response. Very poor customer service. The lady i spoke is called Joyce. Guys please do not buy dairy**** products. They do not know the meaning of the customer always come first. Pathetic
