Poor quality and poor customer service.

I reported a qualty failure 3 weeks ago via facebook. I got asked to send batch details, contact details etc. After that, I was told that an agent would contact me. I reported bact that this had not happened. I got a string of auto responders and nothing.

I am so tired of opening country fresh icecream and finding it has been defrosted and refrozen. Besides this there is barely a stripe of chocolate sause in the vanilla and chocolate type. I will gladly pay a higher price for woolworths ice cream. Besides every time I see your brand, I remember this experience.
