Poor ice cream/ Poor website

I have always bought the Dairy**** 2 liter Ice Cream, and have been very happy. Last week I bought again, Rum and Raisin Ice Cream. What a disaster !!!!!!!! Firstly the normal light colored beige ice cream, is a darkish strange brown color. Not very appetizing to look at, but worse of all, the taste is absolutely not what is has been before. What went wrong? Not even the grandchildren, that normally do not care which ice cream is available, would eat this. I would like a response to this please. I have pictures, which I would have sent if one can get around their very unfriendly web site. Very disappointed!
