Old cream was promised a call back but nothing

My hubby bought me a oreo ice cream tub the night before last because I love oreo , anything oreo I'm inlove with it

Unfortunately wen I opened the tub it looked abit strange but I still went ahead because according to the expiry date it's not expired as yet

On the one side was just ice and on the other side was the cream , wen trying to scoop it , the cream part was so sticky and the oreo so soft and in between was this waterey hard crunchy ice pieces

The few s****s I had tasted like slimy ice nothings , not the Oreo goods I'm use to

Yesterday I called the number on the tub to let them know about my experience and this specific tub and I'm not happy , I spoke to Waseema , I have her all my details and she promised to call me back becoz her system froze , after 2 hours I called back to find out if her system is still frozen but then no answer , now every time I call there is no answer so it's just making everything worse

I am very upset becoz nothing is happening and I love oreo but dairy**** is the call centre and what's the point of having a customer service line if u not going to keep ur customers happy
