No reply to attempts to report bad tasting Ice cream.

I purchases a tub of Dairy **** Ice cream "Rum & Raisin" from SPAR which was unpalatable. Spar advised me to contact Dairy **** directly. On their customer help line there was no response/answer, nice music! Neither any response was received on my Email.
