Ice cream not edible

Bought the ice cream and soon as i got home from a 5 mins drive from the store the ice cream at the bottom of the package 2L had a slimy sugary substance of which i cannot explain and its not edible i don't know how it got there it doesn't look like the ice cream melted for a long time because the top is still tasty and okay. This is also not the first time I've been disappointed by the farmhouse ice cream . I wrote to them but no response
