Granules in Ice Cream

I purchased a 5lt Vanilla Flavoured Ice Cream from President Hyper Vanderbijlpark on Saturday 2nd May 20. On Sunday evening I opened the sealed tub and served up 3 servings for the family. On eating the product we all noticed small granules in the product. On Monday I sent an e-mail to Dairy**** which came back as undelivered. I phone their office and spoke to a gentleman to inquire about the e-mail address. The e-mail address on the Under Construction website had it as ending with .co.zak. It was confirmed that this was incorrect and shouldn't have the k. When I wanted to speak to someone about my product complaint he suggested I e-mail it to them as I had 2 photos of the product and date codes on the container. I then sent the e-mail to the correct mail address as confirmed by the employee. The mail went through. It is now Thursday 7th May 20 and I have not had any response from the company.
