Dairy **** country fresh pathetic service

On saturday the 18th of september i phoned dairy **** with a complaint regarding 2lt ice cream that was reduced and spongy and full of ice. The shop refused to take it back as it has been opened. Dairy **** said they will contact me within 72 hours after i have sent them photos and up until now no response. They dont even reply on their whatsapp line.

Country fresh is one of the best makes of ice creams that is affordable but with service like this i don't know why I keep supporting them.

If i think about it the product and service from dairy **** its unbelievable that they are such good sellers. In future I think i should buy a different brand because to pay the price of ice cream it is today and then sitting with a container thats contents are spongy and full of ice and with the pics you can see its not the value of a 2lt and then no service after that. Pathetic.
