Broken soucer found in ice cream tub

On Saturday the 23rd Dec i bought a choc fudge 2 l icecream. On Sunday i had 14 guest for lunch. And when after 3 scoops of icecream to our shock we found a broken glass soucer. 2 pieces broken in half and after one of my guest already swallowed a small piece not nothin what it was i am very very upset i have reported this to the email adress given on website but it does not exist. My phone calls does not getting answered. I will take this to my lawyer!!!!!!!!!! I have photos as proof
