Broken cold chains

I generally only buy the Zooty pops range.

The last 3 occasions, the pops and multi packs bought from different retailers, were encased in plain ice and the pops were melted and frozen again.

The cold chain seems to have been broken on more than 1 occasion.

Such a pity with sonet around the corner.
