Hi bought pack of 10 Easyslices from PnP for days later two of the cheese where rotten.Send email to dairybelle they demanded proof of the slip and photos provided them with everything on the 8 Oct 2015 Pearl send me a ref num and told me they will send me a voucher. Last week I send Pearl an email and she told me the psrson responsible for my voucher is on leave and back on the 9Th Nov.Yesterday send another reminder today Pearl tells me they sent mail once a month and my mail might be sent to me after 3 weeks there id nothing they csn do.The service and treatment from Dailybell is appualing as there is no effort to correct the wrong they have done to me n***.I will never buy any of your products.
