Bad products and bad service

I have send the following email to an email address that say this is CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CRYSTAL VALLEY. No responce from them. This is very bad service, maybe we need Carte Blanche to investigate them as I only see bad reviews with no response.

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding your Crystal Valley Mixed Berry Yogurt, which I purchased from Checkers Kathu on Friday, March 7.

I have been a loyal customer and have enjoyed your yogurt several times, with Mixed Berry being my favorite. However, the batch I recently bought was not up to standard. Upon eating it, I noticed a grainy texture, which was clearly sand and not the usual berry seeds. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene and quality control measures at your production facility, particularly regarding the proper cleaning of fruits before processing.

The presence of sand not only affects the taste and texture of the product but also poses a potential health risk. It makes me question whether the fruits used are adequately washed to remove harmful chemicals and contaminants. As a consumer who trusts your brand, this is disappointing.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. Your prompt response and a resolution to this issue would be greatly appreciated, as maintaining quality standards is essential to consumer trust.
