No deliver of goods paid for and no clear communication.

Nqobile Nduli/Tshalata advertises her clothing brand, Dainty Frocks, on Social Media platforms. She was recently running a sale, and on 01 August 2025, I placed an order online and paid. She promises to deliver within 7 to 10 days. Today is the 14th of September, and I have not received my. She has made false promises that my order will be delivered. If I am lucky enough to get her to respond to my inquiry, she tells me how swamped she is, which is why there is a delay, yet she continues to advertise the sale of her items on Social Media. She has since blocked me without refunding me.
