Terrible service

Never experienced such a bad service before like I did with Michelle. I gave her a photo of how I wanted my dress to look like, the final dress didn't even look close to what I wanted! She was rude and not very talkative. Only wanted her money, I paid a deposit aswell which I did not get back, because of a small thorn at the back, which would not have happened if she had attached a hook at the back where I can clip my dress while dancing AFTER specifically asking for one. When I asked her about it and why it was not attached, she rep**** rudely and said it is not her problem! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND HER IN ANY WAY!
