Still waiting for the trustees

We paid a deposit more than 6 months ago, every month i email Yolandi, requesting progress, they are still waiting for the trustees to accept the offer to purchase. i emailed again 3 weeks ago, still had no reply, i tried this morning still no reply, where is the responsible persons, can this take so long, i am prepared to call the trustees myself if only they will give me the contact details. And where is my deposit???
