No Deposit No house

I paid a deposit of R45 000 to Daintree Estates on the 31st July 2014 for a property. I called every week and spoke to Yolandi and Maurice who said they were still waiting for the trustees. When they both left Daintree i spoke to Sue who also kept saying the same, that they are waiting for the trustees. A week after she said that, i sought legal help, and then she calls and she tells me the house has been sold. After 10 months of holding onto my money how did the property get sold without my and her knowledge?!!! I then asked for a refund and to date am still waiting! They were quick to ask for the deposit but now its hard to give it back ...
