Estate agent *****s 10% deposit money

Re : insolvent estate sale . We placed an offer on a property advertised by Ron Daintree Estates . Ron Daintree Estates requested a 10% deposit to secure the sale . Ron Daintree Estates manipulated us into believing that if we do not pay the deposit in to their bank account we will forfeit the sale . The 10% was paid into Ron Daintree Estates Bank account . It came to our attention that the trustee did not have masters consent to sell the property and therefor Ron Daintree Estate had no right to demand the 10% deposit . After numerous prolonged telecommunication and various email correspondence we realized that Ron Daintree Estates is lying and could not confirm that our offer was even placed . We stared our own investigation and the curators involved confirmed that they had NO knowledge of our offer ( placed 6 months prior ) We formally requested for our deposit money to be refunded . Sue Daintree owner of Ron Daintree Estates informed us that our offer will not be considered . Sue Daintree owner of Ron Daintree estates refuses to refund our 10% deposit money . This is MONEY LAUNDERING and THEFT as she premeditated to take our money and never placed our offer and refuse refund
