Requested a duplicate Registration Certificate

On the 24 July 2017 I request that my Registration papers be sent to me as I am busy purchasing a new vechile. I was informed that the papers were sent to me in 2011 via a coiurier company. I did not recieve them and requested that a duplicate be obtained and sent to me. As of today I have recieved nothing but excuse after excuse as to why they have not recieved a duplicate. In the mean time I cannot take delivery of my new vechile as until I have the registaration papers I cannot trade my old vechile in. Really shocking customer service.
