Persistent Defective Engine Not Fixed - ML250 Blutec

<p>I have a Mercedes Benz ML250 Blutec that has had persistent engine faults.</p> <p>My requests to get a solution on the defective engine has been ignored.</p> <p>The faults started mid 2015 ranging from Injector Failures (3 times), Lose of Engine Power and recently Transmission Problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>As I write this complaint, my car has been in the workshop since last week Wednesday (throttle valve malfunction etc).</p> <p> </p> <p>Should I keep paying for a car which is in and out of workshop every 2 months?</p> <p>The engine has proved to be a defective product and I expect Daimler to offer a solution.</p> <p>Or perhaps the workshop is *********** to fix this engine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent Daimler emails (3 times, each time when the engine stalled) and they have TOTALLY ignore my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is my next option going forward?</p>
