Car radio

Hello<br> <br> I bought a Dodge Journey 3.6 RT in February 2015, the problem I have is the radio. It keeps giving me problems and takes long if not forever to be fixed/installation of the new one. I have been given and installed a new radio twice since 2013, with the recent one installed this year in January 2015. Today it just went dead, the sound just went quiet and from past experiences it will take forever for it to be fixed. When I bought the car I specifically requested a car with the navigator and only found out that I was given a car with no navigation system. I have since given up on that, now the radio is giving me problems every year and takes forever to be fixed or installed. This has created a lot of convenience for me and my kids as they are unable to watch and listen to their favourite songs and at times movies during our travelling.<br> <br> An assistance in this regard will be much appreciated.
