bad customer service / poor feedback and lack of respect for customers

I have been dealing with Chrysler South Africa for the last two months with no success. I took my car for repairs at Maemo motors in Rustenburg while it was still under motor plan and the problem never got fixed. when I took it again for the same problem they refused to pay for the repairs of the car. I have paid for the car but the problem still persist. I'm trying to get the to resolve this matter quickly as they need to send specialist to assist with this matter.

They have promised me that they will send their team to look at this matter and resolved it, when you call they never return your calls as most of their agents are always busy
