Very poor service - possible **** online site

I purchased an item on 15 Dec. They offer a 10 to 15 working days delivery service. They have an email address and a contact number for enquiries, but there's never a response. The email is returned undelivered

I will never purchase from this site again and I will caution others from doing so as well.
