Terrible service! Not sure yet about their Daily***** name

I purchased a small item on 22 Dec 2020 for R368. They offer a 10 to 15 working days delivery service. They have an email address and no contact number for enquiries. I still have not received the Item or confirmation that it has been dispatched. I'm now reading reviews about this company, most of which confirm their service to be terrible.
