Worst service ever!

I ordered on the 20th May #DS422198, and their shipping method is "10-15 working days" LIES! today is the 20th working day and guess what they are all mute I must now make follow ups am the ordered after all. When I track my order is still on order 20th May. I wonder how are they running their business even a vending machine can do a much better job than Dailydeals. I want want my order as in yesterday or someone must give me my money back and i will elsewhere where am valued as a customer. AM DISAPPOINTED AND LIVID!
