Daily Maverick bad communicators.

In early September I wrote some comments to Daily Maverick. When I received no reply I got hold of Anso Thom of Customer Care, but he was less than helpfull, so I asked for his supervisor's name. Anso will not give it to me. The Daily Maverick is very difficult to communicate with.
