I RECEIVED MY DELIVERY AT 19:14 INSTEAD OF 16:30

I placed my order and indicated that it should be delivered before 16:30. My 1st order was delivered at 08:30 in the morning, maybe it was because I was a 1st time customer and they wanted to impress me. My yesterday's order was only delivered at 19:14. After 16:30 I called daily dish to find out where my order was and was told they cannot get hold of the driver. They asked for my residential address to deliver there before 18:00, which is the time I normally start preparing dinner. After 18:10 there was still no delivered, no updates and my calls no longer being answered. I dropped them an sms asking for refund for no delivery. Then I started receiving calls after 18:33 from delivery courier asking for my address, which I had already given to daily dish and promised delivery within 10 minutes. After several calls the order was delivered at 19:14. The lack of communication and updates, lack of response on my calls, the huge inconvenience I encountered was just not worth the money I paid for the services!!! I am so so disappointed at daily dish!!!
