Daihatsu Terios SWB

As discussed with Daihatsu SA regarding my service experience at Wonderwaters Multifranchise:<br> <br> 1. Model: Daihatsu Terios SWB bought at Wonderboom Daihatsu in April 2013.<br> 2. Odometer reading 223001<br> <br> I booked the above mentioned Terios in at the service centre yesterday (11 Feb 2015) as the car was misbehaving.<br> The revolutions was climing but the car was not accelerating immediately.<br> <br> At 13:57 they informed me that they are starting to work on the vehicle.<br> At 15:17 they informed me that the service agent test drove the car and found that the clutch was slipping and it needs to be replaced at a cost of R8000 -00 at my own expense.<br> <br> I then mentioned that a vehicle with such low milage should not need a new clutch and informed them that I would come to collect the vehicle.<br> <br> We then went to retrieve the above mentioned vehicle and in our discussion with the service rep and the service manager Mr Raymond Swart we were told that they did not inspect the clutch as it was a six hour job and would not be cost effective for them to do so.<br> <br> I also voiced my utter dissatisfaction with the quality of service from Daihatsu Wonderwaters as this is the second time that they are unwilling to assist.
