Car at workshop for almost 2 months

I handed in my Daihatsu Terios at Helderberg Daihatsu to have a look at my gearbox. That was in early June. Apparently my gearbox was stripped. Not great for the quality of your cars. So if you are considering buying this car - WATCH OUT! Luckily, I took out an extended mechanical warranty otherwise it would have cost me R43,000 to replace the gears and R86,000 to replace the gearbox. After following up numerous times from my side to enquire whether my claim will be covered they finally got back to me 2 - 3 weeks later that my claim will be covered - great! Only problem, my car has been there for another 2 - 3 weeks now - if not longer!! No work has been done. Brent - the workshop manager - phoned me two weeks ago to tell me that my parts have been ordered from Johannesburg and that it is on its way. Car should be ready in 3 weeks. Silence for two weeks. I call again to follow up today - Brent's response: \Doesn't seem like the parts were sent down". So"
