FALSE ADVERTISING

Dahua offers a 'Partner app' in which you can collect points when using their products. This was marketed to us as installers. Exchanged my points for Checkers E-Card vouchers, only to discover they did not work at Checkers. Contacted Dahau 'representatives' at distributor branches, only to realize they know even less than we do. They keep on revering us to sending emails to *** - to which you never receive an reply. Trying to phone Dahua SA on *** does not help as they never answer their phones. NO SERVICE, NO SUPPORT, FALSE ADVERTISING
