POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DA GAMA FABRICS WOODSTOCK CPT

Good day Sir /Madam

Never have i ever been undermined by a SALES MANAGER at a store the way that colored lady addressed me . I had just came back from hospital at Christiaan Barnard (CBD) with my sick daughter , i decided to drive past Da Gama in WOODSTOCK to purchase a few fabrics . My sick daughter had an accident and the manner in which that lady behaved , screaming at my 2 year old "WHOSE CHILD IS THIS?" I AM NOT CLEANING THAT , she screamed . I came around and she was disgusted and annoyed at a 2 year old , i have worked in retail and i cant count the number of times kids and adults had accidents at the store never did i humiliate them like that .

I am not sure if its lack of respect for African customers or poor professionalism with the store .

I can tell you this she is an embarrassment to your store and her behaviors is utterly disgusting for a MANAGER .
