Lack of performance. DafriBank

I made several withdrawals from my account which I hold with DAFRIBANK and then suddenly, when I made a further withdrawal they seem to have lost the money and they expect me to take the loss. There phone numbers have never worked, the person I am dealing with is refusing to escalate the issue to senior management and I have no other contact with the bank other than there 'hello; email adress.
