Refund

<p>My husband purchased a weather station from Dads Toys, we set it up and it wasn't giving the correct reading. He went into the store and the assistant re-set the unit, he got home we did what they said we must do but still it wasn't giving the correct reads.</p> <p> </p> <p>He took the whole weather station back in March 2016, the sales assistant and manager said they would refund his monies back, got slips. They refunded through their bank machine and we were told that it would take the longest three to five working days to reflect in his bank account. We waited and still monies were transferred into his account. We contacted the manager (Peter) and he was very rude about the whole story, told us that we must wait a little longer. A month later we contacted him to inform him that the monies was still not in our bank account, to be told that its got nothing to do with him we must go to our bank and sort it out, which we did and they said it is not in our account.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have tried to contact him again to find out as to why the monies is still not in our account and he doesn't return our calls. We have spoken to our bank and they said the money has not been transferred and we have got statements to prove that the monies have not been transferred.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now three months..............and still no refund from Dads Toys.</p>
