Faulty Gun
We bought a gun from Dads toys last year about this time. When we got home and my husband used it for the first time, the magazine got stuck and could not eject. We then took it back to the store and the sales assist managed to get it out and we left. I think we used it about twice when the same thing happened. We returned it to the store about late October/ November 2014 and was told to us that it would take about 6-8weeks.We only got it back end of February beginning March after several emails to the manager as we now had to pay R300.00 for repairs. We tried to explain to him that the gun was faulty when we bought it and hardly used the gun as it kept jamming.WHen it came back from repairs, we used it about once or twice and exactly the same thing happended.I called the store spoke with Shaun, store asst, i explained to him what had happened and it was told to me that they can only send it away for repairs, which i would have to pay again. How many times will i have to pay for repairs to a gun that i can hardly use. I think its unfair that i have to pay so much for a gun that was faulty to begin with and now pay for repairs all the time..
