Waiting on refund

Waiting for my voucher refund. They did contact me to say it will take 3-6 days, but then they came back saying I need to verify my bank details, which I did. Now it seems their account department is having trouble with my bank details. Nobody else seems to have a problem with my account details. Be warned.
