Waiting on delivery of an item paid for on 19 Sept

<p>This order (M6385FFOC) was placed on 19 Sept. I called the ********** 257 number on 6 October to query when the delivery would be taking place and was told there was a problem with the original order from the supplier and they sent the wrong stock but the order is out on delivery "as we speak".</p> <p>I then sent at email on 11 October asking if I received my order and I rep**** that "I DID NOT". only to receive an automated response "Please note we are following up with merchant regards to your order".</p> <p>I called the 0861 number this morning and there was a recorded message indicating that they are away on team building on Friday 14 October and will be back online on Monday 17 October --- yet today is the 18th.</p>
