Unsubscribe to SPAM not being actioned

On numerous occasions over the last few weeks, I have endeavored to have my email address unsubscribed - I am constantly issued with tickets which are subsequently closed.<br> <br> To this day, I keep receiving unwanted, unauthorized spam in my inbox, despite complaints logged with the service provider directly.<br> <br> This is contravention of the CPA with their constant unsolicited emails.<br> <br> I will proceed with a legal claim against the company.<br> <br> Perhaps another HelloPeter complaint against their name will prompt them to action??
