Unfair Business practice

I bought a deal in May which expired in October and when requested a refund inform of just crediting my account they referred me to their refund policies. 1. No one goes up and read the terms and conditions when purchasing a deal. 2. Their refund policies seek to to oppress their customers because the deal was not claimed by the merchant so they have nothing to loose, they can offer a credit in the account like Hyperli does. I personally believe they are unfair, inconsiderate of their customers and it's unfair business practice. From now onwards, I am even blocking their adds and will never make use of them ever again, I will stick with Hyperli.
