Totally Disappointed

Good afternoon

I have had a bad experience with a spa voucher I purchased .

We booked at Sababa Boutique for Sunday morning the 4th October our appointment was for 11am , we called to advise we running a bit late about 5 min the lady confirmed all in order .

When we got there the place looked very ***** there was a Nigeran and Egyptian guy sitting outside we proceeded in we were 2 couples ,inside was 3 African ladies not even dressed up in the spa clothing the atmosphere was terrible it felt like I was at a brothel the smell and it was very dark . the lady at reception advised that she had no booking for us which I thought was very strange cause she confirm 5 min ago when we called . I immediately got suspicious cause we booked under a ladies name but luckily we were with our partners , she said she thought my name was Nthombi and I told her the booking is Anny now the names are not even close I asked so where is Nthombi if she is booked she said she is late I said I called , I left cause it was very strange .

Now my question is how do you vet these clients cause if were ladies alone I feel we would have been in danger , it might seem petty to you but I was terrible uncomfortable.

I would like a refund pls .
