The worse service ever!!!

Since my last review in December, I have emailed Snatcher Deals about my purchase. I have neither received a call no response as to what happened to my money and or my product. I am so disssoppointed in their service and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. All I want now is my money back because clearly they are not going to deliver my product.
