Terrible service and false deals

Bought a Brazilian deal from Essential hair in Randburg and came home looking like I never went to a hairdresser nevermind still having a Brazilian. I complained to the hairdresser because everyone who saw me said I never received a Brazilian he simply said I must come back and get a treatment. I then realised that he never disputed the fact that my hair looked terrible. I then decided to contact Daddysdeals to ask for a refund and as soon I did this the hairdresser called me and screamed at me and insulted me. I put down the phone and he kept trying to call me back and I eventually blocked him. Daddysdeals refused to give me a refund. Dont use their services, as long as they getting money they don't actually care what you get in exchange for your money. I even provided them with a photo showing what my hair looked like but they didn't care. I also discovered that they advertise the deals supposed value as far higher than what it actually is. According to the website it showed over R3000 but when I asked the hairdresser he said charges people R800 when they come directly to him.
