******** (Daddy's Deals & Le Bonheur

I purchased 2 vouchers via Daddy's Deals for entry to Le Bonheur crocodile farm in Paarl. I planned to take my out-of-town visitors there during Dec 2014. I've tried several times since mid Dec 2014 to contact them in order to make a booking but could not get through. Their VRM merely states that their mailbox is full. This was the same until at least mid Jan 2015. I contacted Daddy's Deals and brought it to the attention of Anna. She told me that she would resolve it and call me back shortly. Three days later I phoned her again to follow up but it seemed like she merely attempted, on the same day as my call, to do exactly what I did and also did not succeed. Why she did not call me back sooner I really don't know. During my follow up call she told me that I had to wait another week until her manager got back and that he would be the best person to resolve it. I waited until then plus an additional 3 days before I phoned Daddy's Deals again. At this stage Anna told me that she did inform the manager and that he would get back to me. Now a month later and I still did not get a response. I can only assume that this Daddy merely ignores his prescious clients. The Deal is now expired.
