I am very pleased with the super fast, positive response I received when contacting their support team.

I needed a refund on a voucher. I sent an email and WITHIN MINUTES I received notification on my banking app that I have a refund pending. If that is not awesome service, then I dont know what is, thank you so much, I am a happy customer :-)
