Still awiting refund

I purchased a voucher from daddys deal for a photography shoot, the dealer was very difficult to get a hold of to make an appointment so I requested a refund from daddys deals and they agreed. Following numerous emails and reminders to them, they requested my banking details and told me that payment was made to me and would reflect in 3 days. I DID NOT RECEIVE the money and subsequently had to start another request process only to be told that the department has been contacted and their system shows the situation is resolved. And I have not heard from them since then despite the emails I send to them. How is it reolved when I havnt been paid. I really do wonder how many people they do this to. Very poor service indeed.
