Stay away from daddy's deal & Classique Grace Boutique hotel

I had a horrible experience is after purchasing daddy's deal vouchers for my daughter's 16th birthday, I had been liaising with one of the consultants who manages their bookings for a little over a week in preparation of my daughter's special day , we travel and do alot and for her birthday all she asked for was for a pampering day and she wanted something a little intimate. Although there were alot less expensive spa treatments I choose the one at the Classique Grace Boutique hotel because they seemed to offer more and for the price i though it was more quality. When we arrived we were not offered the welcome drink , because of the different time slots we asked to chill at the pool whilst we we wait for our time which was also part of the voucher when we got to the pool there were no chairs ,the table was dirty and so was the pool we went to reception several times with no one there, they didn't sell any food so we had to ubereats when our good arrived we still went looking for the staff to get glasses, everyone at that establishment seemed very little concerned about the service as they went ahead attending to their phones. At this point I tried to call their reservations department called Daddy's deals customer care with no answer. I sent numerous texts which were read and not answered , another guest cancelled requested for a refund because of their poor service . As if that was not enough when it was finally out turn for the massage , I asked for tissue as my nose was running the lady went away for ten minutes before returning and saying there wasnt any , did I mention the time slot for the massage was 90 min they started 20 minutes and stoped about 10 min before the time. At this point I was gatvol just wanted the lunch which was also part of the voucher , for lunch they served macoronni and chicken which they themselves confirmed that they prepare way before , as for me I don't eat pasta etc I asked for anything else even a sandwich they didn't have any alternative. After this ordel and no answer I emailed them and daddy's deal , no response , when they finally responded they offered me a complimentary treatment in harties which is over 100km from me , daddy's deals still no response since their automated system confirmed that they would be getting back to me . My daughter's special day her 16th birthday was nothing close to special .I have asked to be called by anyone from management.
